Strawberry Hill Nursery is located in Newington, midway between Prestonfield and Grange, on the corner of Minto Street and Blacket Avenue. It is based within a traditional Victorian villa which has just been refurbished to the highest standards. The property contains a large, secure garden and play area to the rear. Off street set-down and parking is available to the rear of the nursery. There is a large private car park which makes it easy to drop off and pick up.

The Opening hours: Monday to Friday all year round

Full Day Session: 8.00 am to 6.00 pm

Morning Session: 8.00 am to 12.45 pm

Afternoon Session: 1.15 pm to 6.00 pm

Fixed Holidays: 2 days at Christmas and 1day at New Year

We have a large secure garden where the children attending the nursery can engage in different activities. They can participate in environmental activities such as planting flower and vegetable seeds and bulbs and tending for them as they grow. A story corner has been created with a story tree where, on a fine day, children will be taken to participate in story telling. A large area of the garden has been covered with all weather safety surfacing and this where our climbing frames and bikes can be found.
