Babies are initially welcomed into the little bunnies where staff accommodate all babies individual needs in a loving, caring, environment. The room is brightly decorated with wind chimes, mirrors and sensory equipment to stimulate your baby in their early years of development.
The next baby stage is the cheeky monkeys. Babies move through into this room when they are more mobile. The staff offer a wide range of experiences including sensory play, large physical and arts and crafts to coincide with the national curriculum.
Children are encouraged to become more independant when they join the Buzzy Bees. Activities are planned through 0-3 curriculum guidelines and the children have a wide range of free play activities on offer to encourage experimentation and exploration.
The Happy Hippos enjoy the freedom of choosing their own activities and experiences that the staff have on offer. All planning is done in conjunction with the National Pre-school Curriculum and focusses on the following 5 key areas: emotional, personal and social development; expressive and aesthetic development; knowledge and understanding of the world; physical development; communication and language. Children's individual needs are always taken into account and where gaps are found the staff work in partnership with parents to overcome any difficulties.
Our Astronauts have freedom of choice in our relaxed chill out zone after a hard day at school. Activities on offer include TV, games, arts & crafts, sand, construction, computer and homework can be done if requested by parents.
